Tuned’s virtual clinic is free to use for audiologists. As a Tuned practitioner, you gain free access to a virtual clinic that includes a comprehensive suite of HIPAA-compliant services (hearing screening, scheduling, patient records, patient payment, and video/chat).
Tuned also provides access to Tuniversity, the private knowledge base for best practices, case studies, literature commentary, and device reviews.
Pricing and compensation are not connected to the sale of any device or app. We do not play favorites and brands cannot “purchase” preferred treatment or placement within the platform.
You offer your existing patient base the opportunity to receive tele-audiology care, and get paid for your time.
Today, there are 3 types of meetings:
- A 30-minute consult (intro, fitting)
- A 60-minute call, post work up, to evaluate the patients’ needs and options
- An automated hearing work-up + 25-minute consult
Patients pay you for your time, and pay Tuned a small usage fee to cover platform costs. That’s it! It’s fully transparent for patients, and there are never any surprise bills.
Tuned also features a marketplace for hearables and PSAPs (all vetted by our in-house audiology team, headed by Dr. Malyuk) and all consumers can purchase the products (often at competitive prices) on the platform. Tuned deals with billing and customer support for all transactions: both meetings and marketplace purchases.
