New York, February 21, 2023. Tuned is the first solution designed to bring hearing health to everyone, a mission that continues to gather pace with the appointment of Barbara Wachsman and Randy Forman to the Advisory Board.
Ms Wachsman spent over 12 years as the Director of Strategy & Engagement for Enterprise Benefits at the Walt Disney Company, where she was responsible for designing a benefits program to address Disney’s long-term healthcare needs.This included responsibility for the largest value-and-primary-care based ‘direct control deal’ in the United States and was the creator of the Strategy Lab, the home for innovation in healthcare delivery at Disney.
Vastly experienced, Ms Wachsman currently serves as a Senior Advisor to a $8 billion growth-buyout private equity firm specializing in healthcare, and is also a partner in an early-stage healthcare financing and advisory fund. Ms Wachsman is the past Chair of the Pacific Business Group on Health (PBGH), one of the most established employer coalitions of large employers in the US, Past Chair of the Employer Advisory Board at Kaiser, and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS). She holds Master of Public Health and Master of City and Regional Planning/Architecture degrees from the University of California, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Scripps College.

Randy Forman was most recently the Chief Commercial Officer at Path Mental Health. Prior to Path, Randy was the Vice President of Government and Labor at Livongo (acquired by Teladoc) and led their commercial efforts focused on expanding Livongo’s presence in the public and labor sector. He was the first commercial employee at Livongo and held a variety of commercial leadership positions as Livongo grew, went public, and then merged with Teladoc. Randy is also an investor and commercial advisor for several digital health companies He has spent most of his career helping to build digital health companies looking to bend the cost curve in the healthcare system, improve care, while also reshaping the physician, patient/member experience. Randy holds a B.A. in American Studies from Yale University and lives in the Chicago area with his wife and two daughters.
